The fastest and cheapest way to firm your neck

To perform this exercise, voluntarily contract the muscles in your neck by pulling the corners of your mouth downward and outward, as if making a face of disgust. You should see and feel the cords in your neck tighten beneath the skin. Perform rapid, repeated contractions (pulses) for about one minute. This exercise is particularly effective at stimulating fast-twitch muscle fibers, often surpassing the passive action of electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) devices.

Step 2: The digastric and jaw lift

This second exercise is divided into two complementary movements to target the area under the chin and redefine the jawline.

MOVEMENT 1: RESISTANCE UNDER THE CHIN

Place your fingers or closed fists under your chin to create resistance. While pushing upward with your hands, try to open your mouth by pressing your jaw down against this resistance. Hold the pressure for a few seconds, then release. Repeat this movement several times to strengthen your digastric muscles.
